NEWS 2026 | WAITING FOR KEN LOACH

The Piccolo Cinema Ken Loach fairytale has landed at the 83rd Venice Film Festival.

My new feature film, WAITING FOR KEN LOACH: the adventure of a group of girls and boys between 11 and 18 years old who open a cinema and write a new page in the history of their town in Salento (which lived for a long time under the cloak of the Sacra Corona Unita), was previewed on September 3rd at the Lido in the Confronti section of the Giornate degli Autori.

The Piccolo Cinema Ken Loach is a story that I helped write in reality and bringing it with WAITING FOR KEN LOACH to the Venice Film Festival was a great emotion.

"...I really liked it, it's a beautiful portrait of someone who made cinema,

endowed with superhuman energy! "

GIAN LUCA FARINELLI (Director of the Bologna Film Archive)

“...in addition to the merit of revealing the behind the scenes of an activity that is anything but marginal,

the film is able to evoke with nostalgia and affection a world that no longer exists...”

PAOLO MEREGHETTI    (Corriere della Sera - Cinema Dictionary)

“...it struck me very much, in some places even moved me.

It's a valuable work, I hope many people see it."

After receiving international recognition from the Association of Directors of Catalonia for "its contribution to the valorization of all those who make cinema their livelihood," NO NAMES IN THE CREDITS has landed on PRIME.

Successfully launched at the Rome Film Fest and shortlisted for the 2020 Nastri d'Argento Awards, the film delves into the life of the nameless king of Cinecittà: Antonio Spoletini , a seeker of Federico Fellini's faces, among many others. The youngest of five filmmaking brothers, the film encounters him at the age of 80, still on set, and captures him at the moment in his life when he longs to leave "a name in the credits."

In recent months, among others, they have spoken or written about it:

Artè France, Stracult, Hollywood Party, Night Effect, La Repubblica,  Repubblica.it, Left , Il Fatto Quotidiano , MicroMega , Il Messaggero,   The HotCorn, Cinema Magazine , CiakBook-Magazine, Coming Soon.

From Marzullo, in the historic last episode of Cinematografo  there was unanimous consensus.

SHARING |   TWO WORKS IN STREAMING

Two works that tell the story of society, with two languages that are my own.

The first, the documentary ALISYA IN WONDERLAND (2010), gave a name to the world of second generations and thanks to the victory of the Ilaria Alpi Award it was purchased and broadcast by Rai in 2011; the second, the show THE MAN IN THE FLOOD (2014),  It is considered one of the significant works of new drama and has never stopped touring since its debut ;
